This brand-new hotel is equal to 4 stars. The staff are top-class and responsible and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The room is well-appointed on the upper floors, also they can offer wake-up service. This property is in an absolutely perfect location, near Old Annecy, and the railway stations and the coach stations. The restaurant serves delicious French food. Thank you for a very good stay.

Had a very pleasant stay for a short holiday. The location was magnificent and stunning, not too far away from Chamber of Commerce. And it was also close enough to close to the train station, and lake and key sites.

As for me, the location was excellent, close enough to the railway station and the old town and pedestrianised square between rail and bus stations and shopping centre. The room was large and absolutely perfect with a balcony and the comfortable bed plus kitchenette.

The hotel was next to small shopping mall and everything you want is just easy to reach. The room was good we were two adults and 4 kids and we were comfortable. Internet was good inside our room with a good speed.
They don't clean your room daily if you are going to stay more than three days but you can ask for new towles and whatever you need in your room
